My First Award

Updated 3/2017-- photo and all links removed as many are no longer active and it was easier than checking each one.

Yesterday, I was given the ‘Be The Blog‘ award…

…created by Mark at Me and My Drum for bloggers who make their blog their own, stay with it, are interactive with their readers, and just plain have fun. I was given the award by ScanMan. I understand this is not a meme. I have I found the space in my sidebar and but Vijay has picked the friends who are inextricably linked to their blogs and to whom I would pass it along. I hope that don't mind being nominated twice.
Moof (All Blogged Up -- A Moof's Tale)
Lakshmi (I Think--too much)
Enrico (Mexico Med Student)
Rob (Dr Rob)
Bongi (other things amanzi)

To this list I would add a few quilting bloggers
Jude (Spirit Cloth)
Kate (Kate's Quilting Blog)
Penny (Penny Sanford)
Thank you Vijay.

thanks rl. i accept the nomination with humility (low bow). i'm not too sure what i should do now. is there a vote or something? is there a committee? must i be an example to the next generation? am i going to be engulfed by the weight of expectations and ultimately go over to the dark side?

It's nice to see your blog branching out into other topics as you become more confident in your blog. (Well I'm making that assumption, that you are more confident about it all.)

At first it seemed all medical or the quilts. But I have enjoyed the others very much as well.
