Beautiful Wall Brick Quilt

This small quilt was made for the Border Wall Quilt Project (https://www.leamccomas.com/border-wall-quilt-project/).  It is 8 in X 16 in.

My inspiration was by President Trump's tweet on December 18, 2018 that the border wall would not be made of concrete but of “artistically designed steel slats, so that you can see through it ….It will be beautiful and, at the same time, give our Country the security that our citizens deserve.”
I added green leafy vines up the steel slates to add help “beautify” the wall.

Three More Knitted Hats

The first hat was knit using the pattern Jason's Cashmere Hat by Melissa Thomson.  The yarn is Malabrigo Yarn Rios in colorway Diana (#886).  I think I may keep this one.
The second one was knit at my husband's request.  I used the Regular Guy Beanie by Chuck Wright.  The yarn is Cascade Superwash 220 in black.
I then used the leftover yarn from the above two hats to knit the third one seen below. I used the pattern Gingerbread Hat by Angela Whisnant.
