Many Cuts Later – May 16th

I began this blog three years ago with a post entitled “First Cut (I mean draft).”  I now have well over 1,000  posts (cuts which I hope haven’t been torture to endure)  and many new friends.

I have been interviewed because of my blog for both the  medical and quilting components.  I’ve even been interviewed by Dr. Anonymous.

I have been included among the Better Health bloggers and gone to Las Vegas where I meet many of you in person.

Thank you all for including me in the blogging community.

Happy Blogoversary Ramona! You have an excellent blog!

I'm sorry I missed your interview but will take time to listen as soon as I can.

You have a very informative blog.

I am anxious to sun bathe soon and I know it's not a good thing ..although confused because vitamin D (studies are showing) is key in preventing certain cancers and other benefits and the best way to get it is from the sun. Although I think they mean 20 minutes a day.

I usually am out after 2pm ..although sometimes earlier if swimming. I do put sunscreen on face ..neck but if comes off swimming .. don't know about this summer though if time.

How can something that feels so good be so bad?

This is my first time visiting this blog, and I found a lot of great articles here. Keep up the good work! I'll pass the link on to my wife. When the boss isn't watching, she's blogging on the company computer where she works at Thank you for sharing all of this information in one convenient package. It is like a one-stop-shop for all the things you want to know about Web 2.0 in the medical industry. I work from home freelance. My wife is in the medical field. Well, close to it anyway. She is at SprotAid.com, a worldwide supplier of medical supplies (anything from wheelchairs to catheters). Thanks again! . . . lol
