I have seen perhaps more than 20 patients who have undergone this and are quite happy with the results. While I have come across only 2 medical journals/RCTs on carboxyTx and of course the trend nowadays is the practice of evidence-based medicine, I cannot discount the overwhelming anecdotal evidence that is out there. I do hope there will be more RCTs so that we can all find out if it is worth it or not. And if not, throw it out the window.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7675087351939177300.post-46588219355851315642008-06-13T06:38:00.000-05:002008-06-13T06:38:00.000-05:00Thanks for the information Ian. It causes a quick and nasty cellulitis that takes weeks to resolve. It can also travel way beyond typical anatomical planes. For some reason it is much worse than your run of the mill cellulitis (I presume the inflammatory response is more dramatic). I guess the C02 treatment uses that reponse to make the skin 'tighter'. Sounds dangerous.Ian Furst https://www.blogger.com/profile/11795888117578055704noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7675087351939177300.post-1624176493382978352008-06-12T14:09:00.000-05:002008-06-12T14:09:00.000-05:00TBTAM, thanks.Buckeye, I agree.TBTAM, thanks.

Buckeye, I agree.rlbateshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15236331355857884458noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7675087351939177300.post-78533704574685796472008-06-12T14:07:00.000-05:002008-06-12T14:07:00.000-05:00I have a feeling no one is going to be able to com...I have a feeling no one is going to be able to come up with something scientific to support blowing a bunch of gas under your skin....Jeffrey Parks MD FACShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15650563299849196122noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7675087351939177300.post-68538404586683235122008-06-12T11:28:00.000-05:002008-06-12T11:28:00.000-05:00Great job of counteracting quackery in medicine.
