I'll have to book ma...This was a good information. I'll have to book mark the one site, as I'm popping by here before work. I know we were told no heavy lifting also. I'm fortunate not to have much of that. I get a little swelling, but found light weight resistance training was actually beneficial to me. It would go away after I trained. I know that wouldn't be good for cases like the one pictured, but I've talked to some other survivors about their also doing light weight training and they had the same experience as mine.
