Little did I know that I was 12 for 12. Insurance approved the procedure in less that a week (what??, were the pre-op photos that scary?) About 900 cc were removed; and I threw away my 38E & F bras, for a more reasonable 36B/C. Although I am a bit less busty that I had hoped for, it was the best decision I ever made. If memory serves, I believe less than 500cc is considered cosmetic.
