I finished this shawl back in April. It was knit using the pattern MILO
by Gabriel Ordenes. The yarn is Lost City Knits Foothills Fingering in the colorway
Rumplestilskin. It took one skein. Blocked it measured 54 in wide and 27 in deep. I'm sure it will end up being a gift for someone but at this time I don't know who it will be.
I am a plastic surgeon in Little Rock, AR. I used to "suture for a living", I continue "to live to sew". These days most of my sewing is piecing quilts. I love the patterns and interplay of the fabric color. I would like to explore writing about medical/surgical topics as well as sewing/quilting topics. I will do my best to make sure both are represented accurately as I share with both colleagues and the general public.

ABC Baby Blanket
I recently finished this baby blanket. Most of it was knit while I was traveling on vacation (knit while my husband drove). It is just over 36 in square after blocking. It was knit using the pattern
ABC Baby Blanket
by Jenny William. The yarn is Rowan Pure Wool Superwash Worsted in the discontinued colorway 113 Pretty Pink.
