I am a plastic surgeon in Little Rock, AR. I used to "suture for a living", I continue "to live to sew". These days most of my sewing is piecing quilts. I love the patterns and interplay of the fabric color. I would like to explore writing about medical/surgical topics as well as sewing/quilting topics. I will do my best to make sure both are represented accurately as I share with both colleagues and the general public.

Another Scrappy Baby Crazy Quilt
This quilt is machine pieced and quilted. I gave it to friends who just had their first baby. I mostly know these two from online but have had the privilege of dining with them once when they pasted through Little Rock. The quilt measures 37 in X 47 in.
As you can see from these next several photos there is much of interest to find. This one has girls dancing, a motorcycle, a robot, owls, and more.
This one has elephants, a duck in a Santa hat, a poodle, and sewing items.
This one has words (boo, US 66, motel court, eek), a cat, and lots of colors.
This one has another robot, a tractor, a motorcycle, and more words.

Intersections
The small quilt is machine pieced and quilted. Here is the finished quilt.
Here is the back of the quilt. I will add a sleeve for hanging and a label.
